- Dr. Bezjak Drake is in network with Cigna. Please enter the information from your insurance card prior to booking, and our office can check if you have acupuncture benefits, your deductible, and your co-pay.
- If you have Partnership Health Plan or Medi-cal, you will need a referral from you Primary Care Doctor.
- If you have another carrier, and also have Out of Network Acupuncture benefits, we may be able to bill for you.
- If you have another carrier, we can always supply a superbill that can be submitted to your insurance for reimbursement if you have acupuncture benefits.
- Functional Medicine is not covered by insurance.
